Application of Interactive Music Therapy in Young and Middle-aged Patients with Depression and Sleep Disorder

Objective:To investigate the effect of interactive music therapy on depression,sleep quality and social function in young and middle-aged patients with depression with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 86 young and middle-aged depression patients with insomnia treated from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into music treatment group and control group according to random digital table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care for mental illness,and on this basis,the music treatment group was combined with music therapy.4 weeks after intervention,Hamilton Depression Scale-24 items(HAMD-24)were used to evaluate the degree of depression in the two groups,sleep status self-rating scale(SRSS)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups,and social function scale(SFRS)was used to evaluate the social function of the two groups.Results:The HAMD-24 score(16.43±3.25)was significantly lower therapy group was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.65±2.97)(P<0.05)and the SRSS score(23.73±7.24)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.83±6.79)(P<0.05).The scores of social function defects,daily life ability and SFRS were(71.38±11.59),(66.38±11.49),(68.88±11.52),which were significantly lower than those of the control group(82.43±10.47),(78.05±11.23),(80.24±10.91)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interactive music therapy is helpful to alleviate the depression degree and improve the sleep quality and social function of the young and middle-aged depression patients with sleep disorder.
