| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运动诱发Ptfv1异常与经颅多普勒之间的关系。方法:128例运动实验与经颅多普勒做比较。结果:Ptfv1异常合并ST异常组与正常组、与单纯ST异常组比较有明显差异(t=35.530,P<0.01);单纯ST段异常组与正常组比较无明显差异(t=3.261,P>0.05)。结论:Ptfv1异常是诊断心脑血管病的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between Ptfv1 abnormity of exercise test and TCD.Methods:128 cases were divided into 3 groups: Ptfv1 abnormity of exercise test,ST segment abnormity and normal,all of them underwent TCD examination.The comparison were done between the groups,including TCD fiudings meanwhile.Results:There was significant difference between the group of Ptfv1 abnormity of exercise test with ST segment abnormity and the normal group(t=35.530,P<0.01);While there was no significant difference between the group of ST segment abnormity only and the normal group(t=3.261,P<0.05).Conclusion:Ptfv1 abnormity may be thought to be an important index to diagnose the cardiac-encephalic-vascular diseases. |
