尿路结石ESWL后并发症与防治

目的：探讨ESWL治疗尿路结石后并发症发生的原因及其防治措施。方法：对1989－04－2000－04间行ESWL治疗的6080例尿路结石患进行回顾性分析。结果：6080例中653例（174％）在ESWL后发生并发症，包括肾绞痛，输尿管石街，发热伴尿路感染，严重血尿，消化道出血，肾萎缩，肾包膜下血肿，后尿道石街。结论：ESWL是目前治疗尿路结石安全有效的方法，虽然出现并发症，但是只要处理方法得当与治疗中使用冲击能量适当，其并发症是可能减少和治疗的。

The Prevention and Management of Complications After ESWL

Objective To study the causes of complication after ESWL, and the approaches of its prevention and management.Methods 6080 cases of urinary calculus treated with ESWL, from April 1984 to April 2000,were reviewed respectively.Results Of those 6080 patients,653 cases(10.74%) had occurred complications after ESWL,included renal colic, ureteral stone tract, febrile with urinary tract infection,serious hematuria,alimentary tract hemorrhage,renal atrophy,hematoma beneath renal capsular and posterior urethral stone tract.Conclusions ESWL is a safe and effective approach in treating urinary calculus,nowadays.Its complications can be reduced and cured by giving correct management and proper energy of shock wave.
