摘 要: | 目的比较高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)、肝动脉插管化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌对患者免疫功能的影响,为HIFU治疗原发性肝癌提供依据。方法将60例肝癌患者半随机分成两组,HIFU治疗组和TACE组,各30例。检测两组患者治疗前后CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞以及CD;/CDs比值、NK细胞百分数和IgM、IgG、IgA含量。结果HIFU组治疗后CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞较治疗前明显升高,CD8+T细胞较治疗前下降(P〈0.05);HIFU组0.5年、1年、2年生存率分别为83.3%、63.5%、40%,较TACE组的66.7%、43.3%、26.7%高(P均〈0.05)。结论HIFU治疗原发性肝癌,为非侵入性的治疗方法,对患者免疫功能有改善作用,较TACE治疗能延长生存时问,提高生存率。

Comparison study on the influence of high-intensity focused ultrasound and transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization on the immune function |

Abstract: | Objective To compare the influence of high - intensity focused ultrasound ( HIFU ) and transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization (TACE) treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma on the immune function in patients with liver cancer and to provide an evidence for HIFU's clinical application. Methods 60 patients with liver cancer were semi - randomly divided into two groups, HIFU treatment group and TACE group of 30 cases. CD4 T cells, CDs T cells, CD4+/CD8+ T ratio, NK cell percentage and IgM, IgG, IgA levels of both groups before and after treatment were measured. Results In HIFU group CD4+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ T ratio, NK cells, were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment, CD4 T cells decreased compared with that before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , 0. 5 years, one year, 2 - year survival rates of HIFU group were 83.3% , 63.5% , 40% , respectively, higher than those of TACE group, which were 66. 7%, 43.3 % , 26. 7% ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion HIFU treatment of liver cancer improves immune function in patients with suppressed immune function, compared with TACE treatment, the non - invasive HIFU treatment can prolong survival time and improve survival rate. |
