| 摘 要： | 目的探讨交感神经皮肤反应（SSR）检测在评价2型糖尿病（T2DM）自主神经损害中的价值。方法对81例T2DM患者进行SSR检测,30例健康志愿者作为对照。结果①两组SSR的起始潜伏期及波幅比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。T2DM组69例（85.1%）患者至少有一肢SSR异常;②与血糖控制满意组比较,血糖控制不良组的下肢起始潜伏期延长（P〈0.05）,下肢波幅降低（P〈0.05）,而上肢的起始潜伏期及波幅的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;③T2DM组病程〈5年与病程≥5年比较,起始潜伏期及波幅差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论SSR可作为评价T2DM自主神经损害的客观电生理指标;T2DM患者SSR与血糖控制水平相关,与病程无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of sympathetic skin response (SSR) to automatic dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods SSR was carried out in 81 patients with T2DM and in 30 age-and gender-matched healthy volunteers at the same time.Results There were significant difference of the onset latencies and peak amplitudes of SSR between two groups(P<0.05). 85.1% of patients with T2DM showed abnormal SSR at least one limb.
