超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶体植入术100例报告

目的：探讨超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶体植入术治疗白内障的临床疗效。方法：100例（100只眼）白内障患者行超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶体植入术。结果：100只眼中顺利完成超声乳化术88只眼（88％）。12只眼转为ECCE＋IOL手术。术中后囊破裂21例（21％），其中撕囊失败11例（11％），虹膜损伤6例（6％），其中3例（3％）伴有人工膜出血。未能植入晶体2例（2％）；术后角膜水肿28例（28％）。一过性高眼压6例（6％），人工晶体后皮质残留3例（3％），瞳孔变形3例（3％），无张力性扩瞳3例（3％）。后房型人工晶体半脱位1例（1％），玻璃体积血3例（3％）。结论：手术过程中每一步规范操作是顺利完成白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的保证。

The Extraction of Cataract by Phacoemulsification and Embedding of Artificial Crystal

Objective:To analyze the problems and solutions in the process of extracapsular extraction of cataract by phacoemulsification.Methods:Phacoemulsification was performed on 100 eyes.Inquire into its effect and complications.Rsults:Sevety-two eyes were finished successfully and 12 eyes were changed to extracapsular extraction cataract.During the operations,there was capsular rupture in 21 eyes(21%),defeated capsulorhexis in 11 eyes(11%),damage of iris in 6 eyes(6%),hyphema in 3 eyes(3%),defeated intraocular lens implantation in 2 eyes(2%).The postoperative complications were cornea edema in 28(28%),coremetamorphosis in 3 eyes(3%),transient intraocular hypertension in 6 eyes(6%),residual cortex behind intraocular lens in 3 eyes(3%),mydriasis in 3 eyes(3%),and posterior chamber intraocular lens semiluxation in 1 eye(1%).Conclusion:Normal operation is a guarantee for a new hand to finish phacoemulsification successfully.
