脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）和认知功能障碍是脑卒中最常见的并发症，二者时常相伴出现，PSD 患者常出现情绪减低、 兴趣缺失、睡眠障碍、失用、内疚等症状，甚至重度患者可能自杀。了解 PSD 发病机制、卒中后抑郁和认知功能障碍相 关性，及早进行临床干预，有利于加快患者身心康复和生活质量的提高。着重介绍卒中后抑郁和认知功能障碍的相关性 并作一综述，为临床的治疗和预后提供依据。

Study on depression and cognitive dysfunction after stroke

Depression and cognitive dysfunction after stroke are the most common complications of stroke, both of them often are associated with each other . Some patients with PSD often appear in low spirits, lack of interest, sleep disorders, disuse and guilt feeling, other symptoms, and the severe patients may even commit suicide. Understanding the pathogenesis of PSD, the correlation of depression and cognitive dysfunction after stroke, taking early clinical intervention will speed up the patient's physical and mental rehabilitation and promote the improvement of quality of life. This paper focuses on discussing the correlation of depression and cognitive dysfunction after stoke which will provide the basis for clinical treatment and prognosis.
