护理标识系统在安全管理中的应用与效果

目的探讨护理标识系统的使用效果,更好地实现患者的安全目标。方法经过前期论证,成立护理安全管理小组,建立护理标识系统,并对全院关键环节护理标识使用进行动态持续监控管理。结果应用护理标识系统后,护理不良事件发生率下降,患者及护士对护理标识应用的满意度提高。结论护理标识系统的应用有效控制了护理不良事件的发生,是对患者实施安全管理的重要途径。

Application and effects of a nursing marks system in nursing safety management

Objective To explore the effect of the nursing marks system applied in nursing safety management. Methods Based on the pre - feasibility study,we established a nursing safety management team, and developed the nursing marks system,and implemented a dynamic and continuous monitoring and management in key links of nursing in the whole hospital. Results After implementation of the nursing marks system,the incidence of nursing adverse events re- duced, and the satisfaction of patients and nurses with the application of the marks system were increased. Conclusion The nursing marks system can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events. It is an important way to achieve the goals of patient safety management.
