腹腔镜协助阴式子宫切除术154例分析

探讨腹腔镜协助阴式子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法；比较ＬＡＶＨ组１５３例和腹式全宫切除术组１８２组的临床疗效。结果；两种术式的手术时间，术后排气时间，术后并发症，住院天数等有显著差异。

Analysis of 153 cases with laparoscopy-assisted vaginal hysterectomy

Objective: To probe into the clinical practice value of laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods: The data of clinical curative effect of 153 laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomies were compared with that of 182 abdominal hysterectomies. Results: Significant differences existed in the operating time, the duration of passing flatus, the complication rate and the hospital stay between the two groups. Laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy has the advantages of less injury, shortened duration of passing flatus, less complication rate and shorter hospital stay, yet it prolongs the operating time. Conclusion: Laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy brings little injury to patients, so it can be recommended as one of the clinical operating pattern.
