| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年颅内血肿患者的治疗。方法分析６０岁以上老年人外伤性颅内血肿１１５例临床资料。致伤原因多为跌伤和交通事故，手术治疗７１例，保守治疗４４例。结果按格拉斯哥昏迷积分（ＧＣＳ）评定：良好６３例（５４．８％），中残１３例（１１．３％），重残４例（３．５％），植物生存２例（１．７％），死亡３３例（２８．７％）。结论通过分组比较，提出手术治疗和保守治疗的适应证，指出防治并发症是降低老年颅内血肿患者死亡率的重要措施

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the methods of treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 115 elderly traumatic intracranial hematoma, aged above 60 years were analysed.Most of the causes were falling and traffic accident.71 cases were treated with surgery and the other 44 cases conservatively. Results There were 33 deaths(28 7%),2 vegetables(1 7%),4 severe invalids (3 5%), 13 moderate valids (11 3%), and good recovery in 63(54 8%) as evaluated with GOS. Conclusions By comparing the surgery cases to the conservative cases, we put forward the indications for surgery and conservative treatment and point out that prevention of complication is an importent measure to reduce the mortality rate of intracranial hematoma in the elderly. |
