151例根管治疗期间疼痛的临床分析

目的：探讨根管治疗期间疼痛的相关因素。方法：对941例根管治疗术中出现疼痛的151例患牙进行回顾性研究，分析患牙的牙位、病变情况、疼痛程度、根尖周破坏范围及术者的治疗操作等因素。结果：根管治疗期间疼痛发生率为16.05％，多为后牙，无瘘型慢性根尖周炎患牙的发生率最高，根尖周阴影小于2．5mm的患牙发生率较高，30岁以上组的疼痛程度较严重。结论：根管治疗期间疼痛的发生主要与术者的治疗操作有关，在根管治疗中应严格遵守操作规程。

Clinical analysis for 151 cases endodontic interappointment pain in root canal therapy

Objective:To estimate the relative factors of endodontic interappointment pain in root canal therapy. Methods: 151 cases within 941 cases which appeared ache behind root canal preparation were investigated. Teeth position, pathological changes, pain degress, periapical lesion range and operative skills were analyzed. Results: The incidence of endodontic interappointment pain was 16.05%. The majority pain was occurred in molar and premolar, in teeth which suffered chronic apical periodontitis with non-fistula, in teeth with periapical lesion range smaller than 2.5mm. The pain degress in people beyond 30-year-old was more serious. Conclusion: The major cause of endodontic interappointment pain is related to the operative skills, root canal therapy and it should be carried out strictly according to the operation regulation.
