基于Windows的冲击谱试验机测试分析系统的研制

摘    要:目的考核产品的耐冲击能力,为冲击谱试验机研制一套测试分析系统。方法 系统由加速度传感器、信号适调仪、低通滤波器、数据采集板和配有测试分析软件的微机构成。结果:系统能对8路冲击加速信号进行实时数据采集、分析,完成对分析结果的显示、打印、保存任务,通过与美国SD2250B振动控制和分析系统进行比较测试,证实测试系统误差低于3.5%。结论 系统具有精确度高、可靠性强、人机界面友好等特点,可用于瞬态信号的测试分析。

Abstract:Objective An analysis and measurement system was developed for use with shock spectrum testing machine for testing spaceflight products. Method The system is composed of an accelerometer, a signal conditioner, a low pass filter, a data acquisition card and a personal computer with analysis & measurement software. Result The system is employed not only to sample and analyze 8 channels of the shock signals, but also to display, print and save/review the results of analysis. Comparing with SD2550B Vibration Control and Analysis System, this system ,s error ratio was proved to be less 3.5%. Conclusion The system was proved to have achieved a high precision and reliability.It has friendly man machine interface.It can be used for measuring and analyzing transient signals.
