| 摘 要： | B超诊断异位妊娠,应密切结合停经史、IUD的放置与否、阴道不规则流血等临床资料及尿HCG等实验室检查,并注意与宫内妊娠流产、黄体破裂、附件炎性包块、卵巢肿瘤仔细鉴别。

| Abstract: | To diagnose ectopic pregnancy by ultrasonography should take clinical data such as menolipsis, vaginal irregular bleeding, setting of IUD and laboratory examination (urinal HCG) into consideration. Moreover, differential diagnosises of abortion of intrauterine gestation, rupture of corpus luteum, inflammatory masses of ovarian appendix and tumor of the ovary were essential. |
