| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定祛湿止痒搽剂中大黄素的含量。方法采用Shim-packclc-ODS柱,以甲醇-0·1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,测定波长:288nm。结果大黄素的线性范围为0·92~9·20μg·ml-1(r=0·9999),平均回收率为99·2%(RSD=3·40%,n=5)。结论该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为祛湿止痒搽剂质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the contents of Emodin in Qushizhiyang Solution by HPLC.Methods The Shim-packclc-ODS column was applied.Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (85∶15) served as the mobile phase.The detective wavelength was at 288nm.Results The range of linear correlation was 0.92～9.20μg·ml~-1 for Emodin(r=0.9999) and the average recovery rate was 99.2%(RSD=3.40%,n=5) respectively.Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable and with good reproducibility.It could be used for quality control of Qushizhiyang Solution. |
