| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨鼻咽癌组织局部免疫在鼻咽癌发生发展中所起的作用。方法]免疫组化方法检测45例鼻咽癌的肿瘤间质和33例慢性鼻咽炎组织的CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD20＋分布情况。结果]与慢性鼻咽炎组比较，鼻咽癌肿瘤间质中CD4＋T、CD3＋T淋巴细胞均明显减少（P〈0．05）；CD8＋T淋巴细胞及CD20＋B淋巴细胞差异则无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；CD4＋／CD8＋（0．26）降低，且明显低于正常值（CD4＋／CD8＋正常比值为1．76±0．58）。结论]鼻咽癌组织中CD4＋／CD8＋比值减小，提示鼻咽部组织免疫功能受到抑制。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the characteristics of lymphocyte subpopulations in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods] Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect CD4+,CD8+,CD3+,and CD20+ expression of lymphocytes in stroma of 45 nasopharyngeal carcinomas and 33 chronic nasopharyngitis from the Second Affiliated of Dalian Medical University between 2002~2007.Results] Comparing with chronic nasopharyngitis,the lymphocytes with CD4+ and CD3+ were decreasing(P<0.05),but those with CD8+and CD20+ were not(P>0.05)... |
