摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法同时测定十滴水中的芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为ShimadzuVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温30℃。结果:5种成分分别在0.042~0.840μg(r=0.9996)、0.168~3.352μg(r=0.9998)、0.084~1.680μg(r=0.9997)、0.093~1.852μg(r=0.9999)和0.174~3.490μg(r=0.9994)内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.60%(RSD=0.20%)、99.56%(RSD=0.36%)、98.95%(RSD=0.55%)、98.76%(RSD=0.97%)和98.79%(RSD=1.08%)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于十滴水的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Shidishui by HPLC. Methods: The sample was separated on a Shimadzu VP-ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5.0 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results: Aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion had good linear relationship in the range of 0.042-0.840 μg (r=0.999 6), 0.168-3.352 μg (r=0.999 8), 0.0841.680 μg (r=0.999 7), 0.093-1.852 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.174-3.490 μg (r=0.999 4). Their average recoveries were 99.60% (RSD=0.20%), 99.56% (RSD=0.36%), 98.95% (RSD=0.55%), 98.76% (RSD=0.95%), and 98.79% (RSD=1.08%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate, and applicable for the quality control of Shidishui.
