米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤56例疗效观察

目的 观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效和安全性.方法 对56例临床确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者给予米非司酮口服治疗,连用3个月.在治疗前后B超测量子宫及肌瘤的体积,检测雌孕激素水平、血常规、肝肾功能,观察药物不良反应.结果 治疗后子宫及肌瘤体积较前明显缩小(P＜0.001),雌、孕激素水平明显下降(P＜0.0 5或P＜0.0 01),血红蛋白显著升高(P＜0.0 01),临床症状明显改善,总有效率为80.4%.未见明显药物不良反应.结论 米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效,可作为手术治疗的辅助方法之一.

Effects Observation on Mifepristone Treating 56 Cases with leiomyoma of Uterus

Objective To investigate the effects of mifepristone in treatment of leiomyoma of uterus and its safety.Methods Fifty-six cases with leiomyoma of uterus were treated with mifepristone for three months.The volume of uterus and leiomyoma of uterus,the level of estrogen and progesterone,blood routine,liver function and renal function were measured before and after treatment.The side effects of mifepristone were observed.Results After treatment,the volumes ofuterus and leiomyoma of uterus were significantly less(P <0.001),the level of estrogen and progesterone dropped significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.001),Hb increased significantly(P <0.001),and clinical symptoms improved significantly than before treatment,the total effectiveness rate was 80.4%,and had few side effects occurred.Conclusion Mifepristone treating leiomyoma of uterus is effective and safe,and it can act as one of accessory ways of operation of leiomyoma of uterus.
