| 摘 要： | 电子显微镜观察鸦胆子油乳剂、油酸乳剂对小白鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞超微结构的影响,不同浓度的药物对艾氏腹水癌细胞结构有明显的破坏作用,主要为生物膜结构的破坏。大剂量时甚至可使整个细胞完全崩解。

| Abstract: | The effects of the emulsion of seed oil of Brucea javanica and the emulsion of oleic acid on the ultrastructures of Ehrlich ascitic carcinoma(EAC)cells in mice were observed with electron microscope.The ultrastructures of EAC cells were remarkably ruptured by several concentrations of the drugs.Especially the biomembranes were broken.In the large doses the whole cells were even comple- tately collapsed. |
