父母养育方式与中学生的特质应对方式及特质焦虑研究

目的　探求父母养育方式与中学生的特质应对方式及特质焦虑之间的关系。方法　选用父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)、特质应对方式问卷和状态—特质焦虑问卷 (STAI)及自编的被试及其家庭基本情况调查项目测查初一～高三各个年级的 475名学生 ,并进行多元回归分析。结果　男生和女生所感受到的父母养育方式、特质应对方式及特质焦虑之间存在着显著差异 ;NC、PC、M4、F1、F6等因子可以较好地预测中学生的特质焦虑水平。结论　父母养育方式对中学生的应对方式和特质焦虑都产生了重要影响 ;特质应对方式对特质焦虑产生最直接最大的影响 ;提高中学生心理健康水平 ,必须重视改善家长的教养方式 ,改善中学生的应对方式

Research on the Relationship between Parental Rearing Patterns,Coping Styles and Trait-Anxiety of Middle School Students

Objective To explore the relationship between parental rearing patterns,coping styles and trait-anxiety of middle school student.Methods EMBU,Coping Styles Questionnaire,STAI and linear regression were used to study 475 middle school students.Results There is significant difference in parental rearing patterns,coping styles and trait-anxiety of middle school student.The five factors including NC,PC,M4,F1 and F6 may have a good predictive efficiency for trait-anxiety.Conclusion Parental rearing patterns have important influence on coping styles and trait-anxiety.Coping styles have the most directive impact on trait-anxiety.It is necessary to improve the parental rearing patterns and coping styles to improve middle school students' mental health.
