| 摘 要： | 房颤 (AF)是最常见的心律失常 ,严重并发症包括充血性心衰、心肌梗死和血栓栓塞。AF治疗主要包括心律失常本身的治疗和预防血栓栓塞两大方面。现就其治疗策略作一综述。

| Abstract: | Atrial fibrillation(AF) is the most common arrhythmia.Serious complications include congestive heart failure,myocardial infarction and thromboembolism.The major issues in management of patients with AF are related to the arrhythmia itself and to prevention of thromboembolism.Treatemnt strategies for AF are reviewed. |
