自拟镇痫丸中西医结合治疗小儿癫痫的体会

目的 研究自拟镇痫丸联合抗癫痫西药治疗小儿癫痫的疗效。方法 将2010年1月至2013年6月余姚市第二人民医院儿科收治的小儿癫痫患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予自拟镇痫丸联合西药治疗组（观察组）和单纯西药治疗组（对照组）；治疗2个疗程后（3个月为1个疗程），观察其治疗效果。结果 疗程结束后观察组的治愈率、显效率、总有效率、疗程内发作率和治疗依从性分别为48．6％、37．1％、94．3％、4．2％和94．3％，以及对照组为25．7％、20．0％、77．1％、6．5％和74．3％；两组比较，观察组总疗效优于对照组（χ^2=3．769，P＜0．05），疗程内发作次数少与对照组（t＝－5．91，P＜0．05）。结论 自拟镇痫丸联合西药的治疗具有疗效佳、症状控制稳定、不良反应轻、依从性高等优点，值得临床推广和使用。

Clinical experience of Zhenxian pill combined with western medicine in treatment of pediatric epilepsy

Objective To explore the curative effect of Zhenxian pill combined with western medicine in treatment of pediatric epilepsy . Methods Seventy pediatric epilepsy patients treated in Yuyao City Second People ’ s Hospital during the period of January 2010 and June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The observation group was given Zhenxian pill combined with western medicine , while the control group was provided with western medicine only .The curative effect of two groups was observed after 2 courses of treatment （one course of treatment lasting 3 months）.Results After treatment the cure rate, obvious effective rate, total effective rate, attack rate within treatment and treatment compliance in the observation group were 48.6%, 37.1%, 94.3%, 4.2% and 94.3%, respectively, while those of the control group were 25.7%, 20.0%, 77.1%, 6.5%and 74.3%, respectively.Comparison between two groups showed that the total effective rate was higher and the attack within treatment was less in the observation group （χ^2=3.769,t=-5.91, both P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Zhenxian pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy has the advantages of good curative effect , stable control of symptom , mild adverse reaction and high compliance , so it is valuable in clinic application .
