摘    要:目的 探讨腰腿痛飞行员骨密度变化与骨代谢生化指标的相关性。方法 依临床特征分6病例组,分别测定170名腰腿痛飞行员的骨密度(BMD),血清钙(Ca),磷(P),碱性磷酸酥(ALP),骨钙素(BGP),尿钙与肌酐比值(Ca/Cr),其结果进行组间比较t检验,变量间用直线相关分析。结果 下腰痛和腰腿痛两组骨密度与对照组比较呈非常显性差异(P〈0.01)。结论 飞行员腰腿痛受航空复合环境因素的影响所致

Abstract:Objective Tostudy the correlation between the changes in BMD and biochemical markers of bonemetabolism in pilots with back and leg pain.Methods One hundred andseventy pilots were divided into six groups according to the clinical characteristics. Inall subjects with back and leg pain,BMD,serum Ca,P,ALP,BGP and urine Ca/Cr weredetermined. The results were analyzed in different subject groups,and the variables wereanalyzed with linear correlation coefficients. Results Comparisonbetween the group with low back pain,the group with back and leg pain and theircorresponding control groups manifested significant difference. Compared with the controlgroup,serum Ca,P,ALP,and urine Ca/Cr in every subject group demonstrated no significantdifference (P>0.01). The BGP value in every group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the BGP values of the group with low back pain and the group withback and leg pain were significantly different from those of control groups (P<0.05).The BMD value and serum BGP value were significantly correlated with each other in everygroup (P<0.01).Conclusion The back and leg pain in pilots is theresult of the affect of aeronautical environmental factors,and the changes in bone mineralcontent are positively correlated with biochemical markers of bone formation.
