| 摘 要： | 目的了解中山市板芙医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法对中山市板芙医院2007年1月至2009年12月收集到的309例ADR报告分别从患者年龄、性别、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果 309例ADR报告涉及14大类药品,其中抗感染药引起的ADR占比例最大,其次为心血管系统用药与中药制剂。静脉给药较其他给药途径更易发生ADR。结论加强药品不良反应监测工作,促进临床合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reaction（ADR）occurred in Banfu hospital.Methods 309 ADR cases collected in Banfu hospital from Jan.2007 to Dec.2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients＇ age and sex,route of administration,drug categories,organs and systems involved in ADR and the clinical manifestations etc.Results 14 major drug categories were involved in the 309 ADR cases,with anti-infective drugs showing the highest proportion in terms of incidence of ADR,followed by traditional patent drugs and drugs for cardiovascular system.The ADR occurred chiefly via intravenous route.Conclusion Pay serious ADR monitoring,promote rational use of drug. |
