经脐三通道套管技术内镜阑尾切除术的应用

目的：探讨经脐三通道套管技术行腹腔镜阑尾切除术（laparoscopic appendectomy,LA）的临床应用价值。方法：7例慢性阑尾炎患者行经脐三通道套管LA。结果：所有手术均获成功。无中转常规腹腔镜或开腹手术。手术时间15-35min,平均（21.6±6.5）min,无术中、术后并发症发生。除脐部皱折部位外无可见的腹壁瘢痕。结论：经脐三通道套管技术LA安全、简便、美容效果好。同常规腹腔镜手术相比,操作难度较大,开展初期应慎重选择病例。

Transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy by using a tri-channel trocar technique

Objective:To evaluate the clinical feasibility of transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy by using the tri-channel trocar technique.Methods:Seven patients with chronic appendicitis underwent laparoscopic appendectomy using tri-channel trocar technique.Results:All the operations were completed successfully with no need for additional Trocars or conversion to open surgery.The average operative time was(21.6±6.5)min,range 15-35min.No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred in our series of patients.Conclusions:Transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy using the tri-channel Trocar technique is a safe and feasible procedure which provides better cosmetic results.Since it is relatively difficult comparing with the standard laparoscopic surgery,careful selection of patients is important at the beginning period of this technique.
