浅谈急诊医学专业方向班教学中的人文素质教育

在急诊医学专业方向班的教学中着重进行人文素质教育,主要从四个方面来实施：1.贯彻“以人为本”的医疗观,树立医疗为人民服务的思想;2.加强带教老师的人文素质,不断向学生提供先进的教学理念;3.重视参与临床实践活动,着重培养综合素质;4.重视社会责任的认同感及管理才能的培养。

Developing medical human education for students of emergency medicine

It is very vital that cultivating excellent emergency medical professionals via training students of emergency medicine.To emphasize medical human education and to integrate with creating practice type emergency science will not only help students be highly qualified professionals but also accumulate experience to establish emergency medicine faculty.Four special measures as follows ought to be adopted: medical technology,which should serve for all the people;teachers' improving themselves and spreading their advanced thought to all the students;students being encouraged to participate in clinical practice;sense of responsibility and executive ability,which should be encouraged to acquire.
