灵杆菌LPS的提取纯化与理化性质的初步研究

摘    要:目的:从灵杆菌菌体中提取纯化脂多糖(lip polysaccharide LPS)类似物,应用于临床疾病治疗。方法:采用酚水法(phenol-water PW)工艺,并测定提取物中核酸、多糖与蛋白含量。结果:酚水法提取物多糖含量为83.31%, 蛋白含量为1.11%。结论:酚水法工艺可以有效提取灵杆菌LPS,提取物中糖类物质含量较高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: Refine the high-pure and low-toxicity lip polysaccharide(LPS) from bacterium prodigious, apply it to clinical practice. METHOD: It adopt the method of phenlo -water(PW) to refine the bacterium prodigious lip polysaccharide(BP-LPS), determine the physics and chemistry properties and data. RESULT: The average carbohydrate content of the LPS by the method of PW is 83.13%, protein content is 1.11%. CONCLUSION: We can refine the bacterium prodigious lip polysaccharide by this method, the product by PW process the high purity.
