三峡移民家庭大学生心理韧性水平及影响因素

目的了解三峡移民家庭大学生心理韧性现状,为开展新媒体心理健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用青少年心理韧性量表,通过分层整群抽样方法对重庆市万州区5所高校496名大学生进行问卷调查。结果三峡移民家庭大学生心理韧性总体得分为2.42±0.42。家庭支持项男生心理韧性水平低于女生(P<0.05);大三学生心理韧性水平低于大一、大二(P<0.01);城区学生心理韧性水平低于农村(P<0.01);独生子女心理韧性水平低于非独生子女(P<0.05);有恋爱大学生心理韧性水平低于无恋爱(P<0.05);移民时间<13年的学生心理韧性水平低于移民时间≥13年(P<0.01)。结论三峡移民家庭大学生心理韧性水平较低,不及普通大学生。建议高校有针对性的加强三峡移民家庭大学生心理韧性培养,提高其心理韧性水平,更好地促进其心理健康,提升生活满意度,使其拥有更多的主观幸福感和获得感。

Level and influencing factor of psychological resilience in migrant college students from Three Gorges area

[Objective]To investigate the status quo of psychological resilience of migrant college students from the Three Gorges area,provide references for education of psychological health through new media.[Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 496 college students from five different colleges in Wanzhou district of Chongqing by means of psychological resilience scale for adolescents and stratified cluster sampling.[Results]The overall score of psychological resilience of migrant college students from the Three Gorges area was 2.42 ±0.42. The psychological resilience of male students in family support was lower than that of female students(P <0.05). The psychological resilience level of junior high school was lower than that of freshmen and sophomores(P<0.01). The level of psychological resilience in urban areas was lower than that in rural areas(P<0.01).The level of psychological resilience in students from only child in the family was lower than that in students from multiple-child family(all P<0.05). The level of psychological resilience in students in love was lower than that in those without love(P<0.05).The level of psycho logical resilience in students with immigration time <13 years was lower than that in those with immigration time≥13 years(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The psychological resilience of college students from migrant families of the Three Gorges area is lower than that of other ordinary college students. It is suggested that the colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of psychological resilience of college students from immigrant families of the Three Gorges area,improve their level of psychological resilience,better promote their mental health,enhance their life satisfaction,and make them have more subjective well-beings and sense of acquisition.
