摘    要:目的 通过对医学生无聊倾向性的调查,了解医学生无聊倾向性的不同人口学特点,为高校提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法选取451名新疆某医科大学医学生,运用大学生无聊倾向性量表,学习投入量表,专业认同感量表进行问卷调查。结果 在时间知觉维度上男生得分(17.87±5.56)低于女生(18.51±5.36)(t=1.200,P>0.05),在低唤醒维度上男生得分(18.21±5.46)高于女生(16.77±5.77)(t=2.598,P<0.05);不同年级的医学大学生低、高唤醒维度得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.47,P<0.05),在低唤醒维度上得分为独生子女医学生(16.71±5.68)低于非独生子女医学生(17.47±5.65)(t=1.233,P>0.05);生源地为农村的医学生在注意缺乏维度的得分为(19.23±5.19),高于生源地为城市的医学生(18.57±5.17)(t=1.377,P>0.05);无聊倾向与学习投入之间呈负相关关系(r=-0.087,P<0.05);学习投入与专业认同之间呈正相关关系(r=0.282,P<0.05)。结论 无聊倾向性对医学生的心理健康影响不可忽视,高校应针对不同人口学特点的学生进行针对性管理,降低其无聊倾向性,提高其学习投入,从而加强医学院校的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective] Through the investigation of the boring tendency of medical students,to understand the different demographic characteristics of medical students’ boring tendencies,and provide reference for colleges to improve teaching quality.Methods]A total of 451 medical students from a medical university in Xinjiang were selected by stratified cluster random sampling,and the questionnaire survey was conducted using the boredom tendency scale,learning input scale and professional identity scale.Results]The scores of boys in the time perception dimension(17.87±5.56) were lower than those of girls(18.51±5.36)(t=1.200,P>0.05),and the scores of boys in the low arousal dimension(18.21±5.46) were higher than those of girls(16.77±5.77)(t =2.598,P <0.05). The difference in the scores of low arousal dimension was statistically significant among medical college students in different grades(F=3.47,P<0.05). The score of low arousal dimension in the only child medical students(16.71±5.68)were lower than those of the non-only child medical students(17.47±5.65)(t=1.233,P>0.05). The scores of attention deficit dimension in medical students from rural areas(19.23±5.19) were higher than those in medical students from urban areas(18.57±5.17)(t=1.377,P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between boredom and learning input(r=-0.087,P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between learning input and professional identity(r=0.282,P<0.05).Conclusion]The influence of boredom tendency on the mental health of medical students should not be neglected. Colleges and universities should carry out targeted management for students with different demographic characteristics,reduce their boredom tendency and improve their learning input,so as to strengthen the learning quality of medical colleges and universities.
