肇庆市353名实习前期护生职业获益感现状及影响因素

目的探讨实习前期护生职业获益感的现状及其影响因素,据此提出改善方案,为护理院校及实习医院提高护生职业获益感水平提供参考依据。方法2018年6-9月,以便利抽样法选取肇庆医学高等专科学校353名实习前期护生作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、护理职业获益感问卷和护理专业自我概念量表进行调查。结果护生职业获益感总分为138.65±16.96,护生职业获益感与专业自我概念呈正相关(r=0.627,P<0.01),性别、是否独生子女、是否曾任学生干部、对护理专业的态度及护理专业自我概念是护生职业获益感的主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肇庆市实习前期护生职业获益感处于中等偏上水平,实习医院和护理院校应根据护生职业获益感的影响因素制定针对性干预措施来提高护生职业获益感。

Study on the status and influencing factors of perceived professional benefits among 353 nursing students in the early stage of internship in Zhaoqing

Objective]To explore the status and the influencing factors of perceived professional benefits among nursing students in the early stage of practice.Accordingly put forward improvement plan to provide reference for nursing colleges and internship hospitals to improve the professional benefit levels of nursing students.Methods]From June to September 2018,using the method of convenience sampling,353 pre-internship nursing students in Zhaoqing Medical College were investigated with general information questionnaire,perceived professional benefits questionnaire and nursing professional self-concept scale.Results]The total score of perceived professional benefits of nursing students was 138.65±16.96,nursing students perceived professional benefits were positively correlated with their professional self-concept(r=0.627,P<0.01).Gender,whether only child of the family,whether used to work as student cadre,attitude toward nursing profession and professional self-concept were the main influencing factors of perceived professional benefits of nursing students,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion]Nursing students'perceived professional benefits in the early stage of internship were on the upper middle level.According to the influencing factors,internship hospitals and nursing colleges should formulate targeted interventions to improve the level of perceived professional benefits.
