维持性血液透析患者家庭照顾者希望水平与社会支持的相关性研究

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者家庭照顾者的希望水平与社会支持的相关性。方法采用横断面调查法,纳入符合条件的203例于2018年6—10月在成都市某三级甲等中医院接受维持性血液透析(MHD)的患者和相对应的家庭照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、Herth希望指数量表(HHI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查,用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 MHD患者家庭照顾者希望水平总分为33.38±4.06,社会支持总分为34.17±4.15;希望水平与社会支持总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MHD患者家庭照顾者的希望水平与社会支持密切相关,提示医务人员利用社会支持理论可提高MHD患者家庭照顾者希望水平。

Correlation between hope level and social support among family caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients

[Objective]To explore the correlation between the hope level and social support among family caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients.[Methods] A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate 203 eligible patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Chengdu City and their family caregivers from June to October 2018. Questionnaires were conducted with the General Information Questionnaire,Herth Hope Index Scale(HHI) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS Software.[Results]The score of the hope level and social support among family caregivers of MHD patients was 33.38 ±4.06 and 34.17 ±4.15 respectively. The hope level was positively correlated with total score and dimension score of social suppo rt(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The hope level of fa mily caregivers of MHD patients is closely related to social support. It is suggested that medical staff can use social support theory to improve the hope level of family caregivers of MHD patients.
