消防官兵社会支持和自尊与总体幸福感的关系

目的探讨消防官兵总体幸福感的现状及其与社会支持、自尊的关系。方法采用整群抽样方法,使用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表和总体幸福感量表对河北某地区11个消防中队144名消防官兵进行了问卷调查。结果消防官兵总体幸福感水平总分为78.81±14.731,社会支持总分为38.30±7.057,自尊总分为20.29±4.585。来源地仅在主观支持和社会支持总分上差异显著(t_主观支持=3.400,t_{社会支持总分}=2.427,均P<0.05)。社会支持各维度和自尊与总体幸福感均呈显著正相关(r=0.389、0.332、0.520、0.974,均P<0.01),自尊与社会支持各维度呈显著正相关(r=0.368、0.302、0.512,均P<0.01)。社会支持和自尊对总体幸福感产生直接正向预测作用,并且自尊在总体幸福感与社会支持间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为89.1%。结论消防官兵总体幸福感水平较高,受到社会支持和自尊2个因素的影响。自尊在社会支持和消防官兵总体幸福感之间的中介效应显著。

Relationship between social support,self-esteem and general well-being in firefighters

Objective]To explore the present situation of the general well-being of firefighters and its relationship with social support and self-esteem.Methods]Using a cluster sampling method,the social support scale,the self-esteem scale and the general well-being schedule were used to investigate 144 firefighters of 11 fire fighting squadrons in Hebei.Results]The total score of general well-being was 78.81 ±14.731,the total score of social support was 38.30 ±7.057,and the total score of selfesteem was 20.29±4.585.The source area has significant difference in the subjective supportive factor and the total score of social sup port( tsubjective support= 3.400,ttotal score of social support= 2.427,both P < 0.05).The all dimensions of social support and self-esteem were significantly positively correlated with general well-being( r = 0.38 9,0.332,0.520,0.974,P<0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between the all dimensions of social support and self-esteem(r=0.368,0.302,0.512,all P<0.01).The social support and self-esteem had a direct positive predictive effect on general well-being,and self-esteem played a partial intermediary role in the general well-being and social support,which the proportion of intermediary effect to the total effect was 89.1%.Conclusion]The general well-being level of firefighters is relatively high,and affected by social support and self-esteem factors.The mediating effect of self-esteem between social support and general well-being of firefighters is significant.
