摘    要:目的调查山东省某除草剂生产企业异丙甲草胺、氟乐灵和莠去津生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,对职业病危害因素进行检测,分析企业职业病危害关键控制点,为除草剂生产企业防控职业病危害提供参考依据。方法2017年5月—2018年9月,采用职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测方法进行分析。结果异丙甲草胺车间的职业病危害因素包括甲苯、氯化氢、甲醇、硫酸、氢氧化钠和噪声等。氟乐灵车间的职业病危害因素包括甲苯、氢氧化钠和噪声等。车间工作场所空气中甲苯、氯化氢、甲醇、硫酸、氢氧化钠和噪声的短时间接触浓度、时间加权平均浓度和最高允许浓度均符合职业接触限值要求。莠去津车间工作场所空气中甲苯的短时间接触浓度和时间加权平均浓度(166.5mg/m^3、119.6mg/m^3)高于国家职业卫生限值标准。压滤和离心机(甲苯)确定为职业病危害关键控制点。结论山东省某除草剂生产企业的车间采取的职业病防护措施运行有效,但仍需加强对现有防护设施的检查和维护,对离心的工艺或防护措施进行改进。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the possible occupational hazards in the production of metolachlor,fluralin and atrazine in a herbicide manufacturer in Shandong Province,detect the occupational hazard factors,analyze the critical control points of occupational hazards in the enterprise,and provide a reference for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in herbicide production enterprises.Methods From May 2017 to September 2018,the methods of occupational health field investigation and occupational hazards detection were used in analysis.Results The occupational hazards of the metolachlor workshop included toluene,hydrogen chloride,methanol,sulphuric acid,sodium hydroxide and noise.The occupational hazards of the trifluralin workshop included toluene,sodium hydroxide and noise.The concentration-short term expose limit(CSTEL),time weighted average concentration (CTWA) and maximum allowable concentration (MAC) of toluene,hydrogen chloride,methanol,sulphuric acid, sodium hydroxide and noise in the workplace met the requirements of occupational exposure limit.But,the CSTEL and CTWA of toluene in atrazine workshop(166.5 mg/m^3 and 119.6 mg/m^3) were higher than the national occupational health standards.The pressure filtration and centrifuge (toluene) were identified as the critical control points of occupational hazards.Conclusion The occupational prevention measures adopted in the workshop of a herbicide manufacturer in Shandong Province are effective,but it is still necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of existing protective facilities and improve the technology of centrifugal or control measures.
