低年资护士职业价值观与护患关系认知现状及其相关性分析

目的调查低年资护士的职业价值观及护患关系认知现状,并分析职业价值观对护患关系认知的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业价值观量表和护患关系认知问卷,对天津市2所三甲医院313名低年资护士进行问卷调查。结果低年资护士职业价值观总分为112.43±15.67,护患关系认知总分为117.47±16.89;职业价值观与护患关系认知总分之间呈正相关(r=0.451);照顾提供、信任是影响护患关系认知的主要因素。结论低年资护士职业价值观与护患关系认知之间联系密切,建议护理管理者可以从重视低年资护士职业价值观的培养入手,提高其对于护患关系的认知,以构建良好的护患关系。

Status and correlation of occupational values and nurse-patient relationship cognition of junior nurses

[Objective]To investigate the status of occupational values and nurse-patient relationship cognition of junior nurses,analyze the impact of occupational values on the cognition of nurse-patient relationship.[Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 313 junior nurses in two grade-A tertiary hospitals in Tianjin by using general information questionnaire, nurse professional values scale and nurse-patient relationship cognitive questionnaire.[Results] The total score of occupational values in junior nurses was 112.43 ±15.67, and the total score of nurse-patient relationship cognition was 117.47 ±16.89. There was a positive correlation between total score of occupational values and total score of nurse-patient relationship cognition(r=0.451).Care provision and trust were the main factors affecting the cognition of nurse-patient relationship.[Conclusion] The occupational values of junior nurses are closely related to nurse-patient relationship cognition. The nursing managers can start from the cultivation of the occupational values of journal nurses, to improve their awareness of the nurse-patient relationship and build a good nurse-patient relationship.
