苍术临床应用及其用量

整理古籍及现代医家临床经验,总结临床应用苍术具有以下特点。1)苍术用量多为3~50 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状的不同寻求最佳用量:如苍术发挥燥湿健脾、滋阴助阳功效,治疗妇科疾病(如不孕症、多囊卵巢综合征、原发性痛经等),多为5~25 g;发挥蠲痹通络、清热利湿功效,治疗类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎,多为12~15 g。3)根据所治疗的疾病不同,苍术有不同的配伍药物,如清热燥湿常配伍黄柏、黄连、半夏等,健脾祛湿常配伍厚朴、陈皮等。

For example, when drying dampness and fortifying the spleen, enriching yin and supplying yang to treat gynecological diseases(such as infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, primary dysmenorrhea, etc.), its dosage is 5-25 g. When diffusing impediment and unblocking the collaterals, clearing heat and draining dampness to treat rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis, its dosage is 12-15 g. Third, when treating diseases, syndromes and symptoms, it compatibles with different herbs. For instance, it often compatibles with Phellodendron amurense, Coptis chinensis and Pinellia ternata using its clearing heat and drying dampness. It often compatibles with Magnolia officinalis and Citrus peel using its fortifying the spleen and drying dampness.
