山东省某医学院校本科护理新生电子健康素养现状及影响因素

目的了解本科护理新生电子健康素养及其影响因素。方法2018年9月采用电子健康素养量表(eHEALS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)及一般资料调查表对山东省某医学院校244名本科护理新生进行调查。结果本科护理新生电子健康素养得分为30.99±5.54;电子健康素养与社会支持及各维度呈正相关(r=0.429~0.551,均P<0.01);社会支持、家庭结构、身体健康状况及是否为独生子女是本科护理新生电子健康素养的主要影响因素(调整R^2=0.395,P<0.01)。结论山东省某医学院校本科护理新生电子健康素养处于偏低水平;要加强对本科护理新生的关心和支持,从家庭环境、社会支持及身体健康等方面进行综合干预,提高其电子健康素养。

Status and influential factors of e-health literacy among undergraduate nursing freshmen in a medical university in Shandong Province

Objective]To investigate the status and influential factors of e-health literacy among undergraduate nursing freshmen.Methods]In September 2018,a total of 244 undergraduate nursing freshmen in a medical college in Shandong Province were investigated by e-health literacy scale(eHEALS),the Perceived social support scale(PSSS)and general data questionnaire.Results]Th e score of e-health literacy among undergraduate nursing freshmen was 30.99±5.54.The e-health literacy was significantly positively correlated with the total score of social support and the score of each dimension(r=0.429-0.551,all P<0.01).The factors influencing the e-health lite racy of undergraduate nursing freshmen were social support,family structure,physical health status and whether to be the only child(adjusted R2=0.395,P<0.01).Conclusion]The e-health literacy of undergraduate nursing freshmen in a medical university in Shandong Province is at a low level.It is necessary to strengthen the care and support for the undergraduate nursing freshmen,and to improve their e-health literacy through comprehensive intervention in family environment,social support and physical health.
