我国护士职业倦怠与心理资本关系的meta分析

目的 探讨我国护士职业倦怠和心理资本的关系,分析潜在调节变量,为减轻护士的职业倦怠水平提供一定的参考依据。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库及中国优秀硕博论文数据库,筛选以中国护士为研究对象,采用护士职业倦怠量表、心理资本量表并分析两者关系的相关文献,共31篇文献(包含32个独立样本,12 599名护士)纳入研究,分析职业倦怠与心理资本相关的总体效应值,并使用亚组分析和meta回归探讨影响两者关系的可能调节变量。结果 护士职业倦怠与心理资本呈高度负相关(r=-0.41,95%CI=-0.45～-0.36,P<0.01)。此外,年龄和职业倦怠测量工具对两者关系有调节作用。结论 我国护士职业倦怠与心理资本的关系密切,二者关系受到年龄和职业倦怠测量工具的影响。

Meta-analysis of relationship between job burnout and psychological capital of nurses in China

[Objective]To explore the relationship between job burnout and psychological capital of nurses in China,analyze potential moderators,so as to provide some reference for reducing nurses’ burnout level.[Methods] The Chinese knowledge network,VIP,Wanfang database and Chinese excellent database were searched to obtain the related literature which the Chinese nurses were selected as the research subjects and Nurses’ job burnout scale and psychological capital scale were used to analyze them relationship. A total of 31 documents(including 32 independent samples and 12 599 nurses) were included in the study. The overall effect value of burnout and psychological capital was analyzed,and the possible moderating variables affecting their relationship were analyzed by subgroup analysis and meta regression.[Results]Nurses’ occupational burnout was highly negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.41,95%CI=-0.45--0.36,P<0.01). In addition,age and job burnout measurement tools had a moderating effect on the relationship between them.[Conclusion]Domestic nurses’ job burnout is closely related to psychological capital,and the relationship between the two is affected by age and job burnout measurement tools.
