中药溻渍疗法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎

目的对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎进行中药溻渍疗法治疗并观察临床疗效。方法将96例患有慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(湿热瘀阻证)的患者随机分成2组,其中治疗组48例,对照组48例。治疗组采取前列舒通胶囊口服基础治疗,配合中药溻渍疗法;对照组采取单纯前列舒通胶囊口服基础治疗。治疗4周后,对比2组总的治疗效果及2组治疗前后的美国国立卫生院慢性前列腺炎症状指数量表(NIH-CPSI)及中医症状积分的组内组间变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率(93.18%)显著高于对照组(80.43%),2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NIH-CPSI总分治疗组治疗后(7.64±3.23)分,显著低于治疗前的(28.76±7.81)分和对照组治疗后的(12.86±5.66)分(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分(4.72±2.23)分,显著低于治疗前(18.21±7.44)分和对照组治疗后积分(9.02±2.47)(P<0.05)。结论中药溻渍疗法联合前列舒通胶囊口服治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎,患者的总疗效、NIH-CPSI评分及中医证候积分明显优于单纯采用前列舒通胶囊口服的对照组。中药溻渍疗法通过改善血供和盆腔脏器微循环,加速新陈代谢和炎性组织修复,理气活血,疏通经络,从而起到治疗作用。

Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis Treated By External Medicinal Liquid Application

Objective The clinical efficacy of external medicinal liquid application in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods 96 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis(damp-heat stagnation pattern) were randomly divided into two groups, including 48 in the treatment group and 48 in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsule orally with external medicinal liquid application, and the control group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsule. After four weeks of treatment, the total efficacy and the changes in the group of patients with chronic prostatitis symptoms(NIH-CPSI) and TCM symptom scores of the National Institutes of Health before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.18%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.43%), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total score of NIH-CPSI in the treatment group(7.64±3.23) was significantly lower than that before treatment(28.76±7.81) and after treatment(12.86±5.66),(P < 0.05). The TCM syndrome scores after treatment in the treatment group(4.72±2.23) were significantly lower than those before treatment(18.21±7.44) and the control group(9.02±2.47)(P < 0.05). Conclusion External medicinal liquid application combined with Qianlie Shutong capsule for the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, the total efficacy, NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndrome scores of patients are significantly better than the control group of Qianlie Shutong capsule, which improved blood supply and pelvic organ microcirculation, accelerated metabolism, inflammatory tissue repaired, regulated qi and promoted blood circulation, dredged meridians, thereby playing a therapeutic role.
