生精汤与五子衍宗丸治疗肾虚血瘀型弱精子症

目的分析生精汤与五子衍宗丸对肾虚血瘀型弱精子症患者精液质量和血清性激素水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月-2017年12月130例肾虚血瘀型弱精子症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组口服五子衍宗丸治疗,观察组服用生精汤治疗。治疗3个月后,观察2组患者精液质量、血清性激素(FSH、LH、PRL、T)以及临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的53.85%(P<0.01),对照组FSH、LH和B级精子百分率及存活率显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组FSH、LH、PRL、A级以及B级精子百分率及存活率显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论生精汤与中成药五子衍宗丸均有利于改善肾虚血瘀型弱精子症患者精液质量和血清性激素水平,提升精子活力以及存活率,促进怀孕。

Shengjing Decoction and Wuzi Yanzong Pill on Semen Quality and Serum Sex Hormone Level in Patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Objective To analyze the effects of Shengjing decoction and Wuzi Yanzong pill on semen quality and serum sex hormone levels in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type asthenospermia. Methods 130 cases of asthenospermia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 65 cases in the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong pill and the observation group was treated with Shengjing decoction. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy of two methods was compared between the two groups of semen quality, and serum sex hormone(FSH,LH, PRL, T). Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 80.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(53.85%)(P < 0.01). the levels of FSH, LH and thepercentage and survival rate of B sperm in the control group were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P < 0.05).The percentage and survival rate of FSH, LH, PRL, A grade and B grade spermatozoa in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shengjing decoction and Wuzi Yanzong pill are beneficial to improve the semen quality and serum sex hormone level of asthenospermia patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis and improve sperm motility and survival rate and promote pregnancy.
