益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗心绞痛

目的研究益气活血通脉汤联合西医常规治疗对心绞痛患者心绞痛发作、心电图及血脂水平的影响。方法将本院2015年1月-2017年12月收治的70例心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组,各35例。对照组采取西医常规治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上联合益气活血通脉汤治疗。比较2组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、心电图疗效及治疗前后血脂水平的差异。结果治疗后1个月,2组心绞痛发作次数和持续时间较治疗前均改善,且联合组改善程度较对照组明显(均P<0.05);联合组心电图总有效率为85.71%,较对照组的62.86%明显提高(P<0.05);2组血脂水平较治疗前均降低,且联合组较对照组降低幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通脉汤联合西药常规治疗心绞痛,可有效减少心绞痛发作次数,降低血脂水平,提高临床疗效。

Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

Objective To study the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine on angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and blood lipid levels in patients with angina pectoris. Methods 70 patients with angina in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were treated as the subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group receiving the routine treatment of Western medicine, and the combined group was treated with the treatment of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction on the basis of the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The frequency of angina pectoris, duration, electrocardiogram effect and blood lipid level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results One month after treatment, the number and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the degree of improvement in the combined group was significantly increased in comparison of the control group(all P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was 85.71%, which was significantly increased in comparison of of the control group(62.86%)(P < 0.05). The blood lipid level of the two groups decreased after 1 month of treatment, and the reduction rate of the combined group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with traditional western medicine can effectively reduce angina pectoris in patients with angina pectoris, improve clinical efficacy and reduce blood lipid level, so it has good clinical value.
