模糊数学法在木质家具制造企业职业病危害风险评估中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨模糊数学法在职业病危害风险评估中的应用,建立一种全面定量的多因素综合评价方法。方法采用现场职业卫生调查和关键控制点法,分析并检测作业场所存在的职业病危害因素,基于模糊综合理论建立评估模型和方法,对2018年湛江市1家木质家具制造企业进行职业病风险评估,并对比现状评价报告作出结果适合度评判。结果木质家具生产企业主要生产车间包括备料车间、木工车间、涂装车间和包装车间,各车间最大隶属度数值分别为0.497、0.431、0.392和0.389,生产区整体最大隶属度数值为0.351,其职业病危害风险水平综合评价分别为Ⅲ级(一般)、Ⅳ级(差)、Ⅲ级(一般)和Ⅱ级(良),整体评价为Ⅲ级(一般)。结论模糊数学评估法综合考虑工作场所整体职业病危害因素,为全面量化职业病危害风险因素提供参考,可作为木质家具制造企业职业病危害风险评估方法。

Abstract:[Objective]To discuss the application of fuzzy mathematics in risk assessment of occupational hazard,establish a comprehensive quantitative multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.[Methods] Using field occupational health survey and critical control point method,occupational hazards in the workplace were analyzed and detected. The evaluation model and method was established on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive theory,to evaluate occupational hazards in a wood furniture manufacturing enterprise in Zhanjiang City in 2018,and make the result fitness evaluation by comparing the current evaluation report.[Results] The major production workshops of wooden furniture manufacturers included material preparation workshop,woodworking workshop,painting workshop and packaging workshop,and the maximum membership value of workshops was 0.497,0.431,0.392 and 0.389,respectively. The overall membership value of the production area was 0.351.The comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazard risk level was classified as Ⅲ( general), Ⅳ( poor), Ⅲ( general) and Ⅱ( good), and the overall evaluation was Ⅲ( general).[Conclusion] Comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazards in workplace by fuzzy mathematics evaluation method provides references for comprehensively quantifying occupational hazard risk factors,and can be used as a risk assessment method for occupational hazards in wood furniture manufacturing industry.
