补肾通络方治疗风湿性关节炎继发骨质疏松

目的探讨补肾通络方对治疗风湿性关节炎(RA)继发骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的66例病人,随机分为对照组与联合组,各33例。对照组给予碳酸钙D3片,鲑鱼降钙素喷鼻剂;联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予补肾通络方进行联合治疗。治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状和体征改善及骨代谢等情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的72.73%(P <0.05)。2组治疗后临床症状和体征较治疗前均明显改善,且联合组改善程度明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。联合组治疗后骨密度和血钙浓度均高于治疗前,且较对照组均显著升高(P <0.05);联合组治疗后红细胞沉降率显著低于治疗前,且较对照组明显降低(P <0.05)。结论补肾通络方用于治疗RA伴发骨质疏松,可明显改善患者临床症状和体征,有效调节骨代谢。

Bushen Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritissecondary Osteoporosis

Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of Bushen Tongluo decoction on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) secondary osteoporosis. Methods 66 cases of RA secondary osteoporosis admitted to our hospital as the research objects were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given calcium carbonate D3, salmon calcitonin nasal spray;combination group was treated with Bushen Tongluo decoction as combined therapy on the basis of the control group, with 33 cases in each group. Both groups were treaed for 3 months. The clinical eff ects, clinical symptoms and signs improvement and bone metabolism were compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate in the combined group was 90.91%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group for 72.73%(P < 0.05). The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05). Bone density and serum calcium levels after treatment of the combined group were higher than those before treatment, and those levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). The erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, and was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Bushen Tongluo decoction has good clinical eff ect in the treatment of RA with osteoporosis, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, and eff ectively regulate bone metabolism.
