清热利湿复聪汤联合金纳多治疗急性低频聋湿热型

目的观察清热利湿复聪汤配合金纳多(银杏叶提取物注射液)治疗急性低频感音神经性聋湿热型的临床疗效。方法对60例急性低频感音神经性聋湿热型患者采用随机分组法,分为观察组(清热利湿复聪汤口服加银杏叶提取物注射液静脉滴注)与对照组(银杏叶提取物注射液静脉滴注),各30例。对2组临床疗效进行评定。结果观察组的总体疗效优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率为76.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为63.33%,2组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后耳闷胀感、心烦倦怠、肢体沉重、口干口苦等伴随症状改善程度比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热利湿复聪汤联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗急性低频聋湿热型,能够有效提高听力水平,改善临床伴随症状。

Qingre Lishi Fucong Decoction Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection in the Treatment of Acute Low Frequency Deafness of Damp-heat Type

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Lishi Fucong decoction in the treatment of acute low-tone sensori neural hearing loss(ALHL) damp-heat syndrome. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute low frequency sensorineural dampness heat syndrome were randomly divided into random groups. The appropriate subjects were randomly divided into two groups: Qingre Lishi Fucong decoction plus oral ginkgo biloba extract injection group. Ginkgo biloba extract injection intravenous control group 30 cases. Two groups of clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results The overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67% in the treatment of hearing and the total effective rate was63.33% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In terms of improvement of symptoms, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05) in the symptoms of a stuffy ear, feelings of tiredness, heavy limbs, dry mouth and other symptoms. Conclusion Qingre Lishi Fucong decoction combined with western medicine treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of ear stuffiness, tiredness, tired limbs, dry mouth and bitterness in patients with acute low frequency sensorineural dampness heat syndrome.
