男护士心理健康现状及其影响因素

目的调查三级综合医院男护士心理健康现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用自制的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持量表(SSRS),对湖北省5所三级综合医院98名男护士进行调查。结果男护士SCL-90各因子同国内常模相比,躯体化、人际关系、恐怖和精神病性因子得分明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护龄、职称、婚姻状况不同的男护士在主观支持、客观支持、支持总分上的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);职称、身体状况、家庭结构和客观支持是男护士心理健康状况的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论男护士的心理健康水平同社会支持具有一定的相关性,并受多种因素的综合影响,护理管理者应积极改善男护士的社会支持系统,消除消极影响因素,以促进其心理健康,提高护理工作质量。

Status of mental health and its influencing factors among male nurses

Objective] To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of mental health among male nurses in general tertiary hospitals.Methods]Totally 98 male nurses from five general tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province were selected and investigated by using self-designed general questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Social Support Scale(SSRS).Results]The score of somatization,interpersonal relationships,phobia and psychiatric factors of SCL-90 among male nurses were higher than domestic norms, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in subjective support score,objective support score and total score of support among male nurses with different service length,professional title,marital status(all P <0.05). The professional title,physical condition,family structure and objective support were the major influencing factors of mental health in male nurses(all P<0.05).Conclusion]The mental health of male nurses is related to the social support,and influenced by various factors. Nursing managers should actively improve the social support system of male nurses and eliminate negative factors to promote their mental health and improve the quality of nursing work.
