湖南省农村老年慢性病患者自我忽视、赋能及家庭关怀度的相关性研究

目的调查湖南省农村老年慢性病患者自我忽视、赋能及家庭关怀度的现状,并分析三者的相关性。方法2018年7—8月,采用自我忽视量表、家庭关怀度量表、赋能量表对湖南省460名老年慢性病患者进行调查。结果湖南省农村老年慢性病患者自我忽视、赋能、家庭关怀度得分为5.67±3.11、119.07±10.64、6.95±2.58。家庭关怀度与自我忽视呈负相关(r=-0.362,P<0.01),赋能与自我忽视呈负相关(r=-0.253,P<0.01),家庭关怀度与赋能呈正相关(r=0.098,P<0.05)。结论湖南省农村老年慢性病患者自我忽视处于中等水平,赋能处于低等水平,家庭关怀度处于中等水平;家庭关怀度、赋能水平越高的个体自我忽视水平越低,家庭关怀度越高的个体赋能水平越高。应提高家庭关怀度、赋能水平,改善老年慢性病患者的自我忽视情况。

Correlation between self-neglect,empowerment and family care in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases in Hunan Province

Objective To investigate the status of self-neglect,empowerment and family care in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases in Hunan Province,explore the correlation of the three.Methods 460 elderly patients with chronic diseases in Hunan Province were investigated by using the self neglect scale,family care scale and empowerment scale from July-August 2018. Results The score of self-neglect,empowerment and family care in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases in Hunan Province was 5.67±3.11,119.07±10.64 and 6.95±2.58,respectively.The family care was negatively correlated with self-neglect (r=-0.362,P<0.01),empowerment was negatively correlated with self-neglect(r=-0.253,P<0.01),and family care was positively correlated with empowerment(r=0.098,P<0.05).Conclusion The self-neglect of rural elderly patients with chronic diseases in Hunan Province is at a medium level,empowerment is at a low level,and family care is at a medium level.The higher the level of family care and empowerment,the lower the level of self-neglect.The higher the level of family care,the higher the level of empowerment.It is necessary to enhance the levels of family care and empowerment to reduce the level of self-neglect of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
