| 摘 要： | 目的:探究扶正消瘤汤联合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤临床效果。方法:随机抽取25例收治于2015年6月-2016年7月的消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为对照组,给予化疗药物治疗;随机抽取25例收治于2016年8月-2017年9月的消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究组,给予扶正消瘤汤联合化疗治疗。结果:研究组患者总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组患者总有效率60.00%(P <0.05);对照组患者提高率明显低于研究组,降低率明显高于研究组(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者CD4+/CD8+水平无明显差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组CD4+/CD8+水平明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:为消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行扶正消瘤汤联合化疗治疗效果显著,可有效改善CD4+/CD8+水平,值得临床推广。
