| 摘 要： | 徐旭英教授辨治慢性难愈性皮肤溃疡,认为湿、瘀、虚是慢性难愈性皮肤溃疡的三大病理因素,其中湿为标,瘀、虚为本。治疗原则主张祛瘀补虚为主,利湿为辅。遣方用药注重攻补兼施,气血同调,温阳通脉,药性配伍。

| Abstract: | Professor XU Xuying believes that dampness,blood stasis and deficiency are three pathological factors of chronic refractory skin ulcer.Among them,dampness is the standard,blood stasis and deficiency are the foundation.The principle of treatment is to eliminate stasis and nourish deficiency,and to promote dampness as auxiliary.The treatment should emphasize tonification and purgation in combination,regulating qi and blood at the same time,warming yang and activating meridian and compatibility of drug properties. |
