| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨参麦注射液对化疗后女性乳腺癌患者的心脏保护作用。方法:897例新疆乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组(436例)和治疗组(461例),对照组给予环磷酰胺、阿霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶化疗(CAF方案),治疗组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液,总疗程6个月。观察2组患者化疗前后心电图、动态心电图及心肌酶谱的变化。结果:治疗组较对照组能降低乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌钙蛋白(P<0.05)及心电图、动态心电图的阳性发生率(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液有显著的预防化疗所致的心肌损伤作用。 |
