婴幼儿腹泻病原菌耐药性研究

摘    要:目的 研究婴幼儿腹泻病原菌耐药性,为临床的合理用药提供指导依据.方法 对5岁以下腹泻患儿的粪便标本所分离出来的病原菌进行耐药性研究.结果 分离出的病原菌对头孢哌酮、亚胺培南及阿米卡星敏感性均在95%以上;对阿莫西林、羧苄西林、复方新诺明、氨苄西林、派拉西林、环丙沙星敏感性在50%以下.结论 婴幼儿腹泻病原菌对头孢哌酮、亚胺培南及阿米卡星敏感,临床医生应严格按照临床药物敏感试验的结果合理选择使用抗菌药物.

Abstract:Objective To research drug resistance of the pathogen of infantile diarrhea , which offers the basis for the medicine usage in clinic. Methods We collected the samples of infantile diarrhea sufferers whose ages were under five years old, and then investigated the pathogens of infantile diarrhea and research of its drug resistance. Results These pathogens we separated from were sensitive to cefoperazone, amikacin and imipenem, but they were resistant to amoxicillin, carbenioillin, sinomin compositea, ampicillin, piperacillin, ciprofloxacin. Conclusion These pathogens we separated from are sensitive to cefoperazone, amikacin and imipenem, Clinical doctors should properly choose anti-bacterial drugs and strictly follow the results of clinical drug sensivity tests.
