Bcl-2在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:研究Bcl-2在子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测Bcl-2在10例正常增生期子宫内膜、10例子宫内膜不典型增生、58例子宫内膜腺癌中的表达,并分析它们与子宫内膜腺癌临床病理指标的关系。结果:Bcl-2蛋白在正常子宫内膜、子宫肉膜不典型增生和子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达逐渐降低,差异有显著性(P<0.005),正常增生期内膜和不典型增生中的Bcl-2表达均显著高于内膜腺癌(均P<0.01)。在子宫内膜腺癌中Bcl-2的表达与临床分期、组织分化程度、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移均显著相关(分别P<0.05,<0.05,<0.01,<0.05)。结论:Bcl-2在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展中起着不同程度的作用,其检测对子宫内膜腺癌的早期诊断,恶性程度的判定,预后判断和进一步的治疗可提供有效的依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of the gene expression of Bcl-2 on onco-genesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression levels of Bcl-2 was detected with the S-P immunohistochemistry method in 10 cases of nomal endometrium, 10 of uterus atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 58 of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The relationship between the gene expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of Bcl-2 decreased progressively from normal and atypical hyperplasia endometrium to carcinoma with significant difference (P<0.005). The expression of Bcl-2 in normal and atypical hyperplasia endometrium was much higher than that in carcinoma (P<0.01, P<0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 in carcinoma was in accordance with clinical stage, histologic grade, myometrial invasions and lymph node metastases (P<0.05, P<0.05,P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion The experiment suggests that Bcl-2 plays roles in oncogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma, but to different extent in these two stages. Detection of these gene proteins has positive effects on early diagnose, malignancy determination, prognosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
