596例精神病住院患者年度精神药物使用情况调查

目的:了解目前我院精神病住院患者抗精神病药物使用状况,以便针对靶症状用药.方法:对我院2007年度10个病区住院患者的用药情况进行调查.结果:目前我院抗精神病药物使用频率依次为氯丙嗪、氯氮平、奋乃静、碳酸锂、卡马西平、三氟拉嗪、舒必利.长效制剂仅使用氟葵酯.以单一用药为主,联合用药为辅.男性患者较女性患者药量大.结论:经典用药氯丙嗪为主,氯氮平呈逐步上升趋势.不主张联合用药.

Investigation of 596 cases of psychiatric inptients on annual drug use

Objective:To find out of the current staatus of medication usage of psychiatric patients in the hospital,and according to whicha more reasonable drug usag could be given.Methods:Have a surrvey on the drugusage of 2007's inpatientss in the hospital's ten waids.Results:Currently frequenciesofpsychiatricmeditiousedinthehospital werechlorpromazine,clozapine, perphenazine,lithiucarbamazepine,trifluoperazine,single drug was used mainly ,And combinationsupplement.Malepatientshad a larger volumeThan female.Condusion:It was chlorpromazine that acted as the classical drug mainly,and clozapine had the gradually rising trend.It'snot preferred to combinational drug usage.
